What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead software, fintech, digital banking, or product delivery initiatives where I can translate business needs into structured plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and releases, and improve client delivery.

At Paysys Labs, I manage fintech, digital banking, payment, and regulatory initiatives across product, engineering, QA, infrastructure, operations, and client teams. I coordinate delivery from planning and integrations through testing, production readiness, and stakeholder sign-off.

I oversee digital banking work for Mashreq Bank and Hugo, including RTGS flows, telecommunications services, NADRA MBVS onboarding, security scans, and 1LINK payment services. I also support Acquiring RAAST Services APIs and a phased payment gateway roadmap spanning RAAST, Mastercard, and Visa payment acceptance.

Previously at MOD Ventures and Zenkoders, I led software delivery across distributed design, engineering, QA, product, and client teams. I delivered four projects in my first eight months at MOD Ventures while managing scope, timelines, risks, sprint progress, requirements, and releases.

I'm PMP-certified and bring a computer science foundation to structured project governance, Agile delivery, client communication, and continuous improvement. Earlier content leadership experience strengthened my ability to turn complex requirements into clear, audience-focused work.
