What I'm looking for

Remote backend role as a contractor (Georgian IE). A product company where engineers work closely with business and own their services end to end. Long-term, I want to grow toward architecture at the intersection of business and engineering: turning business needs into great technical solutions.

I’m a Java backend engineer with 4+ years of experience in fintech, e-commerce and B2B. I work mainly with Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, gRPC, RabbitMQ and Redis.

I usually own my services end to end, from understanding why we build something to running it in production. Recently I built from scratch a real-time support chat gateway that replaced a legacy service and made message delivery 40% faster. Before that I owned a file processing microservice and cut its memory usage by over 35%.

I’m looking for a product company where engineers stay close to the business, in a remote contract role through my Georgian IE.
