At Hangzhou Puffett Technology, I led backend development of a water network monitoring and dispatch system built with Zhejiang University and deployed for utilities in Zibo and Yongkang.

I’m the lead backend engineer on an IoT metering platform serving water utilities in 5+ cities. I built device communication protocols with hardware vendors.

I designed and built a Kafka ingestion service to replace gpkafka, writing to Greenplum, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. I also ran load tests and fixed performance bottlenecks.

Earlier, I built Spring Cloud microservices, authorization modules, and admin systems for several companies in Hangzhou, and developed Android apps and WeChat Mini Programs at Hangzhou Shiputing Technology.
