What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a biosciences role where I can lead R&D and project delivery end-to-end—combining assay development, regulatory/quality (ISO13485, GCP), and clinical collaboration to bring products to clinical readiness.

I’m a biosciences R&D leader and project manager with experience spanning lab build-out, assay optimization, and clinical-ready product development. I’ve driven projects from 0-1 lab setup and SOP development through cross-functional execution, including miRNA detection reagent optimization and patient sample testing.

Across senior roles, I’ve led teams (up to 6 members), shaped project KPIs and training programs, and managed clinical collaborations with major hospitals to advance products into clinical phase. I also support regulatory and quality work—covering Class I/II/III device registration, ISO13485 experience, and GCP & clinical trial compliance—while delivering strong pre-sales and after-sales technical support.
