What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can own backend systems end-to-end—scaling APIs, improving performance and data consistency, and applying GenAI with strong retrieval grounding—while using Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure to ship reliably.

I’m a software engineer focused on building reliable, multi-tenant backend systems that power end-to-end workflows—from intake and screening to scheduling and recruiter task execution. At Paycom Payroll, LLC, I’ve delivered core ATS services and helped standardize domain data models across services.

I design backend architecture that stays flexible as business processes evolve. I developed a workflow orchestration engine for composable hiring steps, integrated ingestion pipelines into Elasticsearch for full-text and tag-based search, and optimized query execution paths to reduce retrieval latency by 70%.

I also bring modern AI capabilities into production. I built a recruiter-assist multi-agent GenAI workflow (profile summarization, policy expert, task advisor) with retrieval grounding (keyword + text-to-SQL + RAG) to improve relevance and consistency, and I deployed services using Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
