Xanthe Cook—Cooper

I am an aspiring veterinary nurse currently studying a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing after completing a Certificate II in Animal Care and a VCAL course. I am inclusive, hardworking and passionate about learning.

I bring strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills to every role, and I am a quick learner who adapts well to new systems and procedures. I work collaboratively and independently with a positive, warm attitude.

My practical experience includes volunteering at a community foodbank and supporting a community art event, where I handled food preparation, maintained clean and organised spaces, and collaborated with teams. I also manage household duties including shopping, cooking, cleaning and gardening, applying creative problem solving to support my family.

I am seeking opportunities in retail and customer service to build professional experience while applying and growing my animal-care and veterinary nursing skills. I am comfortable with basic computer and EFTPOS systems and have experience using EzyVet.
