What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a civil/structural leadership role where I can manage delivery (cost/quality/time), lead teams, and use BIM and civil engineering software to optimize designs—especially for complex coastal, high-rise, and challenging geotechnical projects.

I’m a PMP Certified Project Manager and COREN Engineer leading civil and structural engineering delivery across complex coastal and high-rise developments in Lagos. I focus on turning technical constraints in challenging geotechnical areas into buildable, compliant designs that perform on site.

As Lead Civil/Structural Engineer, I serve as a Lead Consultant—overseeing technical compliance, structural integrity, and project outcomes. I supervise structural designers and draftsmen, coordinate with architects and MEP engineers, and provide construction-phase technical support to resolve design-related issues quickly.

I manage Stakeholders, Resources, Cost, Quality & Time in delivering Civil Engineering projects, using tools and methods that keep multi-disciplinary teams aligned. I also leverage Civil Engineering Software for specialized modeling and foundation design (including Pile Foundations), producing structural designs, calculations, and construction documents with BIM tools to streamline coordination.

Earlier, as Project Manager at Lekki Gardens, I directed end-to-end delivery for high-end real estate—managing logistics, subcontractors, quality control, and client communication. I earned a 95% customer satisfaction rating and achieved at least 80% of quarterly delivery targets, while also reducing construction costs by up to 30% through smarter material selection and design optimization.
