I've supported business analysis at 365 Technologies, ESTI Consulting Services, and Arik Air Limited, turning financial, sales, customer, and operational data into practical business insights.

At 365 Technologies, I conducted end-to-end analysis from problem definition and stakeholder requirements through findings and evaluation. I built dashboards combining financial and operational KPIs so executives could examine revenue, expenses, customer activity, and overall operations within a few clicks.

At ESTI Consulting Services, I used SQL and Excel to identify actual and potential financial leaks, clean raw datasets, segment customers, and develop tools to track money activity. I also mapped processes from customer acquisition through delivery and payment to uncover manual steps, delays, duplication, and control weaknesses.

I'm focused on understanding what is happening, why it is happening, and what to do next through requirements gathering, process analysis, financial analysis, operational analysis, and data-driven problem solving.
