What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own compliance-grade reporting, strengthen data accuracy, and improve efficiency, while blending softer skills including writing, stakeholder engagement, and meeting and/or workshop facilitation.

I’m a Sustainability Compliance Manager at Tarmac (April 2023–Present), responsible for an annual cycle of mandatory and optional sustainability reporting. I continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, increase transparency, and reduce costs while ensuring submissions stand up to company audit needs.

I compile and validate data across multiple business units, including querying and investigating discrepancies, and securing the right evidence for audit. I also write accurate, engaging responses to government technical consultations, representing company and sector views with clarity and confidence.

I’ve supported planning through accurate reporting and high-quality forecasting with finance teams, and I bring line management experience through mentoring direct reports and supporting role transition.

Before this role, I contributed to the work winning function of the company in the bid team (September 2018–Mar 2023), managing tenders, producing quality submissions, and running bid workshops to align stakeholders.
