• Senior member of a team in the Travel group, with a focus on account integration for business travelers.
• Responsible for a mixture of creating new greenfield projects, fixing up old ones and maintaining downright archaic ones.

• Responsible for the backend systems such as the email system API, the CPC (“costperclick”) auction system, the in-house event streaming system, many more.
• Spearheaded the SMB (business travel) product prior to our acquisition by SAP Concur.
• Project highlight: developed the CPC system so that partners would compete for our traffic, greatly expanded revenue without changing the end product.

• Worked on nearly every part of our email marketing system at one point.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving the backend distributed job system that powers the REST api and mailers.
• Project highlight: by leveraging Redis bitmaps to track sends I improved performance of large campaigns so much that a full millions+ send from the Taylor Swift fanclub had no queue waits for the whole run.

• Primarily worked on the linear TV measurement product, with some cross‐project collaborative work on front‐end systems.
• Specialized in working on an in‐house framework used by other developers to create reporting features.
• Project highlight was the heatmaps: used PostGIS, MapServer and Google Maps to create heatmap visualizations for TV viewership down to the zip code.

• Many moons ago, single in-house developer supporting the mechanical engineers and metallurgists.
• Developed an experiment/job tracking system for our bearing testing laboratory.
