At OptusApp, I build and maintain features for a social housing SaaS platform across its mobile app and web portal. I work across the MERN stack while meeting clients, gathering requirements, managing support, and translating feedback into technical solutions.

I've reduced database RU usage by 98% through indexing, migrated the mobile UI from NativeBase to gluestack, and established integration testing across microservices using supertest and frisby. I also cleared a support backlog of more than 25 issues and consolidated an underused service to reduce infrastructure and deployment overhead.

Previously at MSite, I contributed to a large .NET monolith and Docker-managed microservices running on AWS ECS Fargate. I fixed legacy-code issues, delivered production changes through Scrum-based monthly cycles, and improved fatigue-management logic for construction workers.

I'm a Computer Science graduate who enjoys working across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, testing, and client needs to deliver maintainable software.
