What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute client-centred, ethical and compassionate psychological support that advances holistic wellbeing, mental health education, youth and adolescent wellbeing, mentoring, and faith-sensitive care where appropriate.

I provide individual and group counselling through Whitney Edna Ibe Consult Ltd., supporting emotional, personal and overall wellbeing through client-centred interventions.

I design therapeutic and recreational programmes, help people make healthier lifestyle choices, and build practical strategies for personal growth using clinical, social and developmental psychology.

As a School Counsellor at Okota Senior Grammar School, I created personalised counselling programmes and supported students facing academic and personal challenges in a safe, empathetic environment.

My work is grounded in compassionate care, active listening, ethical psychological practice and holistic wellbeing, including faith-sensitive support where appropriate.
