At Cloud Eight Technologies, I build and maintain features for Frontline Delivery and Building Spaces using React, Next.js, and AWS serverless services. I also developed a FastAPI customer-facing API layer and refactored the Driver PWA from GraphQL to REST.
For Frontline Delivery, I developed logistics workflows for pickup scheduling, order state transitions, and COD settlement tracking. I also implemented a Proof of Delivery upload endpoint using AWS S3 pre-signed URLs and documented the endpoints with OpenAPI/Swagger.
I integrated Okta with Amazon Cognito for enterprise SSO and added RBAC to admin portals using Refine. I also set up alerts for EC2 Spot Instance interruptions and wrote Python scripts to automate DynamoDB data pulls.
In my projects, I built a tourism RAG pipeline combining semantic search with PostgreSQL filtering, and worked on Thirikkale, a distributed ride-sharing platform using Spring Boot microservices and RabbitMQ. Iām studying for a BSc (Honours) in Software Engineering at the University of Colombo School of Computing.
