What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging role where I can lead internal audit and internal control, strengthen compliance and cost control, and improve profitability through reliable reporting, audit discipline, and team leadership—preferably in a forward-thinking organization.

I’m a highly experienced finance professional with 16 years in accounting, internal auditing, and financial management across Agriculture, Banking and Finance (Microfinance Institution & Bank), FMCG, and Manufacturing. I bring strong skills in financial reporting, internal controls, audit management, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance to support strategic decision-making.

As Head Internal Audit (Jan 2022–Dec 2022) and across prior roles, I reviewed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly departmental work; ensured compliance with internal and external policies; and prepared and submitted final accounts (Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheets) to the Board Audit Committee. I also strengthened cost control, inventory/stock reconciliation, asset verification, payroll accuracy, and forecasting through structured audit and control activities.

In my current role as INTERNAL CONTROL FINANCIAL MANAGER (Jun 2024–Till date), I ensure policies are adhered to, cut wastage to protect profitability, and lead operational control through spot checks, warehouses and procurement audits, and investigation of imprest spending by comparing retirement reports to supporting documents/evidence of payment. I’m comfortable with tools like SAP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office, and I’m trained and committed to building dependable processes and high-performing teams.
