What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to build and improve reliable software systems while contributing hands-on IT infrastructure and technical support experience. I value collaborative work with analysts, QA, and end users to solve practical problems.

I've improved Hospital Information Systems at RSD Gunungjati and PT Jasamedika Transmedik by optimizing backend logic, database queries, and APIs, reducing processing and response times by 25–40%. I also integrated HIS platforms with BPJS and Kemenkes, developed an IDRG-based claim feature, and worked with business analysts, QA, and users to deliver reliable changes.
