I’m a Registered Nurse with 4+ years of combined LPN and RN clinical experience across ICU, Med-Surg, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, and Behavioral Health settings. I bring a strong foundation in high-acuity patient assessment, evidence-based decision-making, and clinical documentation review to drive safer, more appropriate care.

In my current ICU role focused on clinical review and utilization, I review high-acuity patient documentation to support level-of-care determinations and appropriate resource utilization. I evaluate patient status, interventions, lab trends, and treatment response to identify escalation needs while partnering with physicians, respiratory therapy, case management, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care.

I’m also experienced in care coordination and discharge-focused workflows from my Med-Surgical RN position at UMMC and LPN work at Precision Healthcare, where I supported patients with chronic, rehabilitative, and behavioral health needs. I’m highly organized and self-directed, proficient in Epic EMR documentation, and I communicate in a HIPAA-compliant way—especially when supporting remote, telephonic, or documentation-centered utilization review roles.
