I’m a bilingual BIM Specialist with 5+ years of experience delivering high-LOD (350/400) BIM models for major projects in the USA and Peru. I focus on technical validation and workflow optimization so interdisciplinary teams can coordinate efficiently.
In my roles as BIM Lead & Technical Coordinator and MEP Modeler, I create BIM Construction Documents and coordination files using Revit (Arch/MEP/Str) and Navisworks. I also lead interdisciplinary clash detection and build ready-for-prefabrication MEP models.
I automate repetitive and complex tasks with Dynamo and manage complex data environments in BIM 360. I’ve also supported AI training workflows by engineering high-fidelity BIM strategies and standardizing BIM documentation and metadata structures.
