What I'm looking for

I seek a clinical leadership role in a patient-centered organization where I can lead ICU/ED teams, improve clinical systems, mentor staff, and support emergency & humanitarian health responses.

I am a certified, patient-focused Critical Care Nurse with over a decade of experience in ICU, emergency, trauma and outbreak response. I lead high-performing nursing teams, implement evidence-based care plans, and manage unit operations including ventilator management, inventory and clinical quality improvement to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

I have provided direct care in diverse and challenging contexts — national hospitals and international humanitarian settings — managing complex cases (sepsis, trauma, cardiac, respiratory, infectious diseases) and delivering training, supervision and process improvements. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health to strengthen my clinical leadership and health-systems impact.
