What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my CAD, CAM, mould design, simulation, and manufacturing skills in an electromechanical or mechanical production environment while continuing to develop as an engineer.

I deliver SolidWorks-based 3D mechanical design services as an independent freelance engineer, taking projects from concept modelling through technical drawings and client validation.

My recent work includes complete 2-plate and 3-plate injection mould designs, with TOPSOLID CAM programmes, machining strategies, toolpaths, manufacturing documentation, and bill of materials. I also use Autodesk Moldflow to optimise filling behaviour, pressure, weld lines, air traps, and process parameters before tooling is manufactured.

Through internships at Bellamine Industries, MISTA Tunisie, and La Boite Métallique Tunisienne, I've built practical experience in electromechanical manufacturing, plastic injection moulding, mould fabrication, precision production, and conventional machining.

I'm pursuing an Engineering Degree in Electromechanics at Polytechnique Sousse after graduating in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing from ISET Nabeul. As a SolidWorks trainer and former Vice-President of Club CAO, I've trained engineering students, organised CAD activities, and earned national mechanical design competition placements including second and third place.
