At Monitor Deloitte, I build and lead financial models, business cases, and commercial analyses that inform strategic and operational decisions. I work with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Exco-level stakeholders across telecommunications, financial services, mining, and public-sector engagements.
I've assessed market-entry viability through DCF valuations, normalised EBITDA, working-capital assessments, and scenario analysis; designed revenue-growth strategies spanning pricing, product mix, and customer profitability; and quantified cost-saving opportunities for JSE-listed clients. I have also supported carve-outs and TSA exit strategies with board-ready business cases and implementation roadmaps.
My CA(SA) foundation includes audit leadership at Deloitte in South Africa and the United Kingdom, covering complex IFRS and financial reporting areas. I'm building my long-term career in commercial finance and FP&A, where I can partner closely with leaders to turn complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
