I am currently working as an Assistant Professor & Chair Electrical Engineering Department at Muslim Youth University, Islamabad, Pakistan. I am also enlisted in Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) approved supervisors.
I did my Postdoc at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan in the field of Robotics and Autonomous systems in 2020. I obtained my doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering specialization in robot and autonomous systems from Capital University of Science and Technology, Pakistan in 2018. I am also the recipient of the Indigenous PhD Scholarship from the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
I have supervised many robotics projects at undergraduate as well as graduate levels e.g., Waiter Robot, Maze Solver Robot, Robotic Stick for handicaps, UAVs as an air ambulance, and many more. I have organized many national seminars and have published more than 15 scientific papers in refereed and classified scientific journals and conferences.
My research currently focuses on Robots and Autonomous Systems, Nonholonomic Systems, Nonlinear and Sliding Mode Control.
