I seek a senior facilities or maintenance role where I can lead operations, improve system reliability, implement preventive programs, and drive efficiency in a safety-focused, collaborative environment.

I am an experienced Maintenance Engineer with deep expertise in electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire detection, and building services maintenance across large commercial facilities. I have managed high-capacity equipment installations, preventive maintenance programs, and vendor coordination for shopping malls with cinemas, restaurants and complex tenant needs.

At Kandy City Centre I led operations for 11kV HT systems, multi-megawatt generators and transformers, 1300 TON chiller plants, dozens of AHUs and FCUs, lifts and escalators, fire and water systems, and a sewerage treatment plant, while supporting over 80 high-end tenants. I launched projects that improved resilience and efficiency — including an external elevator project, a 140,000 L water storage addition, chiller chemical treatment, extending central cooling, and a mobile app–based maintenance tracking platform.

Previously I directed engineering operations for the tea industry, overseeing installation and servicing of production machinery, performing failure analysis, and driving reliability improvements. I am safety-focused, results-driven, and skilled at combining hands-on troubleshooting with strategic maintenance planning and documentation.
