I'm looking for remote or onsite full-stack roles where I can build healthcare or IoT systems using ASP.NET Core, AWS, React, and PostgreSQL.

I've built production healthcare and IoT systems at Powersoft19, including the Ocufii anti-theft platform and a hospital management system.

For Ocufii, I designed an end-to-end real-time pipeline from beacon devices and MQTT through AWS IoT Core, Lambda, DynamoDB, ASP.NET Core APIs, and a React dashboard. I also implemented telemetry routing, anomaly detection, alerts, and SNS notifications.

I built 20+ REST APIs for healthcare workflows using ASP.NET Core and FHIR R4B, integrated HAPI FHIR with PostgreSQL, and improved backend performance by 30% through query optimization and efficient API design.
