I’m looking for a QA role where I can own end-to-end automation and AI/LLM validation, build reliable evaluation dashboards, and ship faster through CI/CD-driven regressions—turning production issues into permanent test coverage.

I’m a Software QA Engineer with 5+ years across manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and AI products. As Product QA Lead at LightWork AI, I own end-to-end automated regression testing for chat and voice AI agents—using Python every day with Playwright, Postman, Docker, and CI/CD, plus Claude Code to write tests fast.

I specialize in LLM-based evaluation, field-level data validation, and testing non-deterministic AI outputs. I’ve built AI evaluation layers (LangSmith/LLM scoring), automated cross-channel validation (REST APIs, database queries, and voice-vs-chat comparisons), and set QA metrics dashboards (pass rates, scenario coverage, channel parity) that improve release readiness; I also turned production issues into lasting test coverage.
