At the Centre of Excellence for Glacial Studies, Univ. of Kashmir, I conduct computational and geospatial research on the Himalayan cryosphere, climate, and hydro-meteorological datasets. I process and interpret large-scale scientific data using Python, GIS, and specialized tools.
My research has also included atmospheric and air-quality modelling at SAFAR, Ministry of Earth Sciences, Govt. of India, and a PhD in Geoinformatics focused on climate change and air quality in the Kashmir Valley. I work with scientific data formats and HPC/Linux environments, and have supported field data acquisition and technical documentation.
