At Space Applications Centre, ISRO, I develop and maintain cloud-property retrieval algorithms for Indian meteorological satellites, supporting operational weather-monitoring products. I also build, validate, and apply radiative transfer models to Sounder and Imager data for extreme-weather monitoring.
My research has included a deep-learning model to predict rainy-day frequency across Indian monsoon regions, and doctoral work on rain characterization that resulted in publications. I’m looking to bring my algorithm-development and applied-ML expertise to industry R&D in remote sensing, geospatial analytics, or climate and weather technology.
