What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead financial services, capital markets, investment, or ESG strategy with a strong Africa focus, combining regional operational leadership, capital raising, digital transformation, governance, and stakeholder management.

I've led African financial services businesses, capital raising, and ESG strategy at Bayport Management Limited, with operational responsibility across Botswana, Ghana, Mozambique, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia. I managed a combined profit budget of over USD50m and more than 1,000 employees while advancing digital, funding, governance, and stakeholder priorities.

Previously, I led Financial Institutions Group at Absa, African research at Renaissance Capital, and investment portfolios at Afena Capital, Investec Asset Management, and Goldman Sachs. Across more than 25 years, I've worked in consumer lending, debt and equity capital markets, corporate finance, investment research, and portfolio management, with a particular focus on Africa.
