Tested BirID and BirProfile across web, mobile, and API layers in an Agile squad. Built and maintained 300+ automated API tests and automated mobile UI regression with Appium, cutting regression time from 4 hours to 30 minutes.

Owned QA for Agrone, including test strategy and release sign-off. Designed an automation framework in Java/Selenium/RestAssured from scratch, reaching 70+% regression coverage and reducing defects escaping to production.

Built and maintained an automation framework in Java, Cucumber, TestNG, and RestAssured as the sole automation engineer. Worked with DevOps to run tests in GitHub Actions on every PR and set up reporting with Extent Reports.

Tested mygov and Digital Login used by 4M+ citizens, covering manual and automated testing. Automated 500+ API test cases with Java/RestAssured and mentored 3 junior and intern QA engineers.
