I'm currently designing SaaS and MDM platforms at Mantra Softech, including Mikshi AI, a real-time face and license plate detection platform. I translate raw detection data into clear, actionable dashboard experiences that reduce cognitive load for security teams.

Previously at DL Softech, I designed end-to-end Salesforce CRM, SaaS, and ERP workflows across Sales, Service, and custom Salesforce solutions. I created wireframes, prototypes, Lightning record pages, dashboards, flows, and designs for custom Lightning Web Components.

My work spans research, stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, information architecture, heuristic evaluation, usability testing, responsive interfaces, design systems, and developer handoff. I work closely with product, engineering, QA, administrators, and business analysts to deliver accessible, reusable designs aligned with WCAG and SLDS.

I also bring front-end experience from Khandelwal Metal Works, where I designed and developed responsive mobile-first interfaces using HTML and CSS. I use Figma and AI-assisted research and design tools to focus on strategic, impactful decisions.
