At NovaIt, I served as the sole owner of performance engineering for a high-load Kubernetes-based contact-center platform. I planned and executed performance tests, analyzed results, and followed up on findings while also handling functional and integration testing, backend test automation, and QA test environments.
I designed and built reusable JMeter and k6 frameworks for stateful workloads, distributed execution, custom metrics, and CI integration. Using production data to model Client/Agent workloads, I defined performance baselines and increased supported workload capacity by 12% without additional infrastructure.
I correlated monitoring, logs, database activity, and WebSocket events to identify bottlenecks and validate fixes. At Appen, I evaluated AI/ML data for client projects including Facebook, Google, and Microsoft, applying project-specific specifications and quality criteria.
