I’m a Manual QA Engineer with 5+ years of FinTech experience, focused on testing payment and money transfer solutions across Android and web/desktop platforms. I bring hands-on confidence in real-user transaction flows on physical devices, with a special focus on Android POS and receipt printing hardware integrations.

In my current role at Endava, I execute end-to-end manual testing for Android POS payment flows on physical devices—covering transactions, receipt generation, and printing error scenarios. I validate POS-to-backend communication using Fiddler to confirm request/response correctness, and I troubleshoot hardware integration defects with device logs and Vysor mirroring.

Previously on Endava’s Global Money Transfer System, I strengthened quality through backend verification with complex SQL (Oracle), including reconciliations, state transition validation, and ensuring data integrity across distributed systems. I also performed API testing with Postman and Swagger, investigating production and staging issues with Datadog and Linux CLI to speed up root-cause analysis and defect resolution.

I thrive in Agile/Scrum delivery, owning defect lifecycle in Jira and supporting release readiness with test status, risk notes, and regression verification. I’ve also mentored junior QA engineers—supporting onboarding, reviewing test artifacts and defect reports, and sharing practical knowledge to raise team quality.
