I am an Associate Professor of Organic Chemistry with over 15 years of teaching and 18 years of research experience, specializing in synthetic carbohydrate peptides, heterocyclic compounds, and green chemistry. I completed a Ph.D. from IICT Hyderabad and a postdoctoral fellowship at Seoul National University where I developed novel synthetic routes for bioactive marine natural products.
As an academic leader and IQAC Coordinator, I spearheaded NAAC A++ re-accreditation (CGPA 3.56) for Shri Muktanand College and secured competitive research funding including ₹22.4L from SERB-DST and additional UGC grants. I have published 36 papers, authored 7 books, mentored Ph.D. and PG students, and supervised international collaborations.
I combine research grant acquisition, student mentorship, and institutional quality assurance with practical skills in dataset curation, scientific content validation, and the use of AI in chemistry teaching and research. I am driven to foster cross-border collaborations and strengthen research and accreditation outcomes in higher education institutions.
