At the Multidisciplinary Autism Spectrum and Rehabilitation Center, I provide psychosocial support to families of children and adolescents. I use family-centered interventions to strengthen parenting skills and family relationships.
During my Psychologist Residency with the University of Pernambuco (UPE) and Garanhuns Municipal Health Department, I worked with Primary Health Care teams and the quilombola communities of Castainho, Estivas, and Tigre. I conducted territorial mapping and participatory community assessments.
I prepared a territorial mapping report and a situational assessment of community mental health, and presented findings to the residency program coordination team. I also developed Singular Therapeutic Projects and provided family-centered care through home visits.
My work has included facilitating a weekly Well-Being Practices group and contributing to intersectoral initiatives and continuing health education. I’ve also supported children’s development through play-based activities and provided psychosocial support to adolescents and families experiencing social vulnerability.
