I am a Salesforce Administrator and Developer with over two years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing Salesforce CRM solutions, and an overall 3 years in the IT industry backed by earlier engineering experience in defence manufacturing.
I have built Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning (Aura) components, and LWC-style components, and I routinely manage declarative configuration work including custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builders, sharing models and data migration using Change Sets, Data Loader and Workbench.
I have contributed to multiple client projects across healthcare, publishing and field-service domains (Elsevier, Evelina Children’s Hospital, Amey PLC, Jaitra HealthCare) and bring practical experience in REST integrations, Batch Apex scheduling, unit test coverage, and Salesforce administration best practices to improve business processes and user experience.
