I’m a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D Intern) and a Clinical Pharmacist with active hospital experience in medication therapy management, therapeutic drug monitoring, and pharmacovigilance. In my current role at Sree Star Hospital, I review in- and out-patient medication regimens for efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

I’ve performed TDM for narrow-therapeutic-index drugs (aminoglycosides, vancomycin, anticoagulants), using evidence-based guidelines to spot dosing inaccuracies and clinical risks. I also strengthen medication safety through careful detection of drug errors, interactions, and ADRs via pharmacovigilance practices.

Now, I’m applying that same clinical precision to evaluating and improving AI-generated healthcare content. I focus on Clinical AI Content Evaluation & Annotation, healthcare dataset quality assurance, clinical documentation/CRF maintenance, and rigorous, guideline-based assessment—because patient safety and evidence quality must come first.
