I’m looking to drive ITSM excellence through KPI-led automation, Power BI dashboards, and FinOps-informed cost optimization—partnering with teams to improve SLA compliance, service availability, and data quality while continuously reducing waste.

I’m an IT Service Management (ITSM) Analyst who combines ITSM processes, data analytics, and cost optimization practices to make operations measurable and improvable. I bring a proven track record of turning operational and financial data into actionable insights using Power BI.

In my current role, I design and maintain BI dashboards in Power BI to track SLA compliance, response times, and service availability. I analyze cloud cost data across AWS and Azure alongside IT usage metrics to surface FinOps cost optimization opportunities for budgeting and forecasting.

Previously, I spearheaded service governance routines and recurring service review meetings (CAB), achieving 100% alignment with internal teams and operational partners. I also designed and administered service-related user satisfaction surveys to uncover patterns that improved overall service quality.

I’ve further strengthened service stability by monitoring software license usage (on-prem and SaaS) to reduce software spend and mitigate compliance risks. I’ve also tracked and reported key KPIs across service efficiency, operational health, and cost management to support data-driven decision-making by IT leadership.
