At Standard Chartered, I led Group cost reporting and presented variance analysis to management and board committee meetings. I also partnered with Planning on annual budgeting, challenging cost projections and preparing analysis for final sign-off.
I coordinated quarterly scorecard reviews across the bank’s functional teams, reporting performance against strategic measures to the remuneration committee.
