At Yokogawa, I delivered APC and RTO implementations for Takreer (ADNOC) and OLNG. I also delivered an Exapilot-based grade change management proof of concept for Borouge, demonstrating early off-spec detection and optimized transition periods.
At Schneider Electric, I delivered APC solutions for distillation, hydrogenation, and MEV units at Wilmar, and deployed data validation and reconciliation for yield accounting at IRPC. I also implemented SIMSCI APC within a DYNSIM operator training system for a CDU process unit at ORPIC Refinery.
Earlier, at Yokogawa, I developed and maintained APC systems for IOCL Haldia and BORL units, and supported an RTO implementation at IOCL. My other plant experience includes process engineering at Nirma Limited and LPG unit operations at GAIL.
At the University of Surrey, I completed an MSc in Process Systems Engineering with Distinction. For my thesis, I developed a machine-learning pipeline for process fault monitoring that achieved 95.7% validation accuracy on a heterogeneous industrial dataset.
