At Worldline Global Services, I conducted end-to-end manual testing for passenger check-in and ticketing modules on the Eurostar Departure Control System. My work included validating payment gateway integrations, transaction processing, and electronic ticket generation.
I analysed requirements and user stories to create test cases, then executed functional, integration, and regression test suites. I tracked bugs in JIRA and worked with developers to reproduce defects, verify fixes, and support root cause analysis.
I'm upskilling in automation testing with Selenium WebDriver and Core Java. In an e-commerce and payment integration practice project, I drafted 50+ test cases and created basic automated login validation scripts.
