At Air Arabia (ISA), I owned end-to-end STLC delivery for web, mobile, and backend systems, from test plans and cases through execution and release sign-off.
I validated 50+ production releases with functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing. I also tested payment workflows covering 3DS authentication, authorization, capture, refunds, and reversals.
For API and backend validation, I tested REST, SOAP, and gRPC services and used PostgreSQL and SQL queries to verify data accuracy and transaction consistency. I investigated production, UAT, and customer-reported issues using API responses, database records, Kibana, and Datadog logs.
I tracked defects in JIRA and maintained RCA and QA reference documentation in Confluence, using GenAI tools and Atlassian Rovo. I also mentored junior QA engineers and partnered with the team through Agile ceremonies.
