At Flowserve India Controls Pvt. Ltd., I led a Continuous Improvement initiative to automate Model-Based Definition for machined pump shafts in SolidWorks, standardizing GD&T and drawing annotations. I also developed an Excel VBA pipeline that generates mechanical BOMs from interchangeability charts, eliminating manual BOM creation effort.

At GE Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., I led cross-functional NPI work for an imaging product line that enabled 25% incremental revenue growth, and executed more than 140 design changes for CT and imaging components. I improved CT product quality through structured failure analysis and corrective design actions, and delivered supplier DFM cost reductions. My published research examined machining Inconel 718 using ceramic inserts.
