What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a lab or research role where I can apply microbiology methods like antimicrobial testing and biofilm assays—and use data/reporting skills (including SAS) to produce accurate, well-documented results.

I’ve worked on clinical data reporting as an intern, using SAS to turn raw clinical data into structured reports and reviewing entries for completeness and consistency.

In analytical and cell culture labs, I trained on HPLC, UPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, AAS, and MTT assays, while documenting experimental procedures and outcomes for senior scientists.

My microbiology work includes isolating lactic acid bacteria and testing their antibacterial activity against plant pathogenic bacteria, plus assessing water quality by evaluating physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters.

I’ve also isolated and characterized multidrug-resistant, biofilm-forming bacteria from hospital wastewater, using selective culture, Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion, and microtiter plate biofilm assays.
