In my role at Bluegem IT solutions private limites (May-2025 to Till Now), I develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel. I extract and manipulate data from SQL databases to produce customized reports based on business requirements.

I build and manage interactive dashboards using Excel to visualize key metrics and trends, and I ensure data cleaning, consolidation, and validation for accuracy and consistency. I also analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement across operations and customer feedback processes.

To support process optimization, I automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel Power query and advanced formulas, and I provide actionable insights to management through interpretation and presentations. I also ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies while handling sensitive information.
