In my recent role as a Senior Transmission Engineer, I led transmission engineering initiatives using PLS-CADD and structure loading analysis, applying NESC requirements and industry standards to design overhead transmission components. I managed multidisciplinary teams through coordinated schedules, technical reviews, QA/QC procedures, and clear communication with clients and contractors, while supporting resource forecasting, budget management, and scope management. I also supported construction phases with field coordination and design clarification, ensuring technical documentation stayed aligned with quality and safety expectations.
