I led end-to-end development of the Mail CRM System, integrating Gmail API and Microsoft Graph API to automate email processing for enterprise accounts. I also implemented Redis Cache, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and real-time communication features using SignalR.
For the Intas – Stockist Request & Approval System, I developed invoice-processing and stockist-approval workflows with Microsoft Graph API and AI-powered OCR. The automation reduced manual effort through invoice data extraction and workflow processing.
I also developed an AI CRM Platform for email categorization, response generation, and workflow automation, and served as Team Lead coordinating development activities and feature delivery.
