I seek a role blending direct clinical practice and practice coordination in a confidential, collaborative setting with opportunities to design psychosocial programs and support workplace mental health.

I am a psychologist and office coordinator currently consulting at Restore and Renew Wellness Group Ltd based at Luton Medical Hospital, Nairobi, combining clinical practice with administrative leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.

I provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across mood disorders, PPD, grief, substance recovery and work-related stress, employing CBT, exposure therapy and a biopsychosocial-spiritual approach to achieve measurable client improvements.
