At BNY Mellon India (Chennai), I supported Derivatives Services Delivery for OTC and cleared swap trades and worked across investment instruments including IRS, CDX, CDS, TRS, Cross Currency Swap, Variance Swap, Swaption, and cleared swap trades. I used systems like Summit and IAS (Institutional Accounting System), processed cash payments/receipts via STP2, Inform, and CMS (Custody Management System), and handled reading SWIFT messages.

Earlier, at Amazon, I led strategic vendor services through catalogue management for Tier-1 vendors. I proactively monitored detail pages and ASINs to identify errors/missing information, managed tickets via the Amazon Vendor Services platform, and coordinated with internal teams (including New Item setup, Vendor Contact Management, Hazmat, and PO ordering) to resolve issues and improve customer experience and vendor revenue.

Before that, I worked as an Analyst in exchange traded derivatives and supported Expense Management and reconciliation operations for Citi Bank (NAM & EMEA), including accrual reporting and discrepancy investigation with brokers. I also started in Accounts Payable as a Process Assistant, authorizing payments after QC and supporting client reporting—work that shaped my attention to detail and operational discipline.
