At ELES Semiconductor Equipment S.p.A., I develop C, C++ and GCI test programs for the ART200/ART520 platforms, supporting validation of SoC devices and EEPROM/Flash memories.

I’ve delivered semiconductor test and validation projects, including projects for STMicroelectronics and GlobalFoundries. I tailor test sequences to device specifications and configure signal stimulation, timing and power parameters.

I analyze test data, troubleshoot anomalies and support corrective actions through development and validation. I also communicate with customers, deliver technical training on ELES solutions and test programs, and prepare technical documentation and result presentations.
