What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a nursing role where I can deliver excellent patient support while driving HEDIS-quality improvements—through chart review, auditing consistency, provider outreach, and accurate documentation.

I’m a registered nurse with experience in school nursing, skilled nursing, and quality improvement. I currently provide nursing care and health support for students, managing medication administration and emergency response. Earlier, I delivered long-term care in skilled nursing settings and built a strong foundation in patient-focused documentation.

My quality background centers on HEDIS auditing, chart abstraction, and medical record review to support compliance and gap closure. I’ve performed quality assurance overreading for HEDIS measures (including CDC, ABA, and CBP), coordinated annual medical record reviews, and conducted outreach for providers to improve access to preventive care. I work confidently with EMR/EHR systems (EPIC, Elation), Citrix, and claims research tools (EMMA, Inovalon), including ICD-10 review and CPT coding validation to strengthen audit accuracy.
