I’m a PID Failure analysis senior technician with 3 years of experience in TV/Mobile bonding and quality-focused operations. I focus on identifying potential failures early and driving corrective actions that protect production plan and customer yield.

At TCL–Panel Opto Display Technology Pvt. Ltd., I prepare SOP documents, PFMEA to identify and eliminate potential failures, and calculate RPN to prioritize risk. I create OPL materials for abnormality, failures, and customer complaints, then support operators with training as SOPs are updated.

I lead CFT meetings for problems affecting yield and implement IP action items with target dates. I also run daily and weekly meetings for top defect analysis, maintain daily yield-rate and weekly scrap/customer complaint action reporting, and monitor scrap through ongoing control.

Because I enjoy continuous improvement, I drive 5s and Kaizen culture, handle shift pattern arrangement, and evaluate skill matrix performance for subordinates. I was recognized as Core Employee of the year (2023) and promoted from Intermediate Technician to Failure analysis senior technician in 2023.
